These pieces interlock on all sides.  With this design you can:
  • combine/assemble it to obtain other shapes 
  • copy/paste it to build big structures your laser bench cannot do


Instructions

Open and edit the .odg file with OpenOffice.
To design a big pattern with OpenOffice:
  • set the page size so it matches the size of your final object, for example 1 meter x 1 meter
  • cut/paste a puzzle bar, extend it to the size of what your laser can cut
  • select, copy intersect/subtract and paste to divide the object
  • do this twice with slightly different cutting lines
  • glue on a flat surface
