This spool uses 5mm thick plywood and is designed for CNC routing. All but the last side is glued together as a unit and the last side is held on with screws for easy loading.
The design uses a 1/8" endmill. The slats should be cut from the outside (tool offset) and the slots and holes from the inside. The smaller glue hub is cut from the outside and it's holes from the inside. The files that end in TAP are the Gcode used to drive my router with Mach3.
